FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • Commissions turnaround is subject to change depending on the time of year. To get an idea of what time I’m booking for, follow along on my Instagram and/or sign up for my (infrequent) newsletter. You are always welcome to email me with questions or ideas! After we've discussed your supplied picture over email and payment has been submitted, production time will be scheduled for your project, normally within the month. Once production begins, it make take anywhere from a few days to a month to complete your piece depending on its size and complexity. If you have a specific due date in mind, do let me know! I can often accommodate a quicker turnaround.

  • Great question! When I’m in a busy period, I’ll sometimes temporarily close up shop so that I don’t have more on my plate than I can actually complete. If you want to be notified before everyone else that commissions are available for booking, you can sign up for my fun and infrequent newsletter at the bottom of this page. If you have any questions that need answering or want to get a quote before spots open up, I can definitely do that! Just send me an email.

  • Yes!

For Domestic Orders - Your commission will be shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail. If you can’t receive USPS Mail at your shipping address, please let me know upon placing your order. Eco-friendliness is important to me, your package will be wrapped with as many recycled and reused materials as possible.

For International Orders - For most orders, it is $20 to ship to Canada and Mexico and $25 to ship everywhere else. If we are shipping framed or oversized artwork, additional fees may apply.

For all orders - Shipping and handling is not immediate. I’m a one-woman show so I make a weekly trip to the post office. There may be a 5 business day handling time unless otherwise stated. I ship via USPS Priority Mail and insure each package for its full value in case it gets damaged in transit. All together, shipping often costs more than the flat fees I charge. I do my best to give you the best shipping deals possible.
