Today’s Color Prompt: Was actually Fluorescent Violet but I mixed up the colors so I painted with Plum!

Diary Entry: October 15th, 2022. It really is fall in LA. We went to the beach on a rainy, misty day and found this beautiful shell, buried in a pile of seaweed. We decided to leave it there, for the next person to discover or for some little animal to enjoy :)

About the Colortober Collection:
Out of all the October daily art challenges, I was really inspired to take part in Case for Making’s Colortober challenge this year. Each day there is a painting prompt of a specific color. As someone who loves observing and celebrating color in all of its forms, this is right up my alley. I’ve decided to treat the project as a diary of sorts, documenting little pieces of my life.
Each painting is 3x3”, unframed, and ships for free until the end of October ‘22!
