Today’s Color Prompt: Titanium White

Diary Entry: October 31st, 2022. This is an ode to The Office (a show equivalent to a comfort blanket for me) and to another year of self-employment.
Sometimes, I am not the world’s best boss to myself, I’ll be honest. To quote Kelly Kapoor, I’m the head of my department but “I’m not easy to manage.”
And on the days I feel jealous of my friends with corporate jobs that have benefits, retirement savings, free snacks, and paid vacation, I remind myself that I report to no one, I make my own salary, I get to do what I love to do every single day, and I get to make the world a little more beautiful while doing it. All of which is pretty darn cool.

About the Colortober Collection:
Out of all the October daily art challenges, I was really inspired to take part in Case for Making’s Colortober challenge this year. Each day there is a painting prompt of a specific color. As someone who loves observing and celebrating color in all of its forms, this is right up my alley. I’ve decided to treat the project as a diary of sorts, documenting little pieces of my life.
Each painting is 3x3”, unframed, and ships for free until the end of October ‘22!
