I love drawing shiny objects and I have a particular fascination with mylar balloons. There’s something about their shine and how uneven and crinkly it is that makes them unlike many other metallic or reflective objects. This drawing is part of a whole series of star balloons!

Note: This piece has a teeny tiny tear in the paper in the bottom right corner! One that likely won’t be visible when framed but that’s another reason why it’s discounted :)
